The ballots for the annual election were recently mailed to all homeowners. Please return the ballot even if you do not want to vote, you can mark the ballot as “For Quorum Only.” Returning your ballot helps us reach quorum and to finalize the election. If we do not reach quorum we must continue to hold meetings in an attempt to reach quorum, which drives up the costs to the association.
