Did you know that the exterior of the buildings are community property? This means that the association maintains the exterior and that homeowners and residents are not permitted to attach anything to the exterior walls. Please do not install lights, hanging decorations, etc to the buildings. Thank you for your cooperation.
Thanks to the community Neighborhood Watch, the community is now registered with the Anaheim Police Department regarding trespassers. If someone is found trespassing, Anaheim Police may issue a warning and direct them to leave the property. If that same individual returns after being warned, they may be subject to arrest. Please be sure to report all trespassers to Anaheim Policy Dispatch at 714-765-1900 and request a “street check trespassing warning.” Every report helps.
Thank you for your partnership in keeping Turnberry a pleasant place to live.
Would you like to help your community. The association has a vacancy on the board and is seeking candidates to fill the seat. If you would like to be considered, please email the Community Manger, Susan Sarte at ssarte@actionlife.com.
