The Board of Directors will be interviewing construction companies for the reconstruction project which will make repairs to the stucco, doorjambs, roofs, balconies and will include painting of the buildings at the next Board meeting on October 24, 2023. Stay tuned for more information on the project.
The common area trash containers located next to the picnic tables if for light trash such as paper plates and napkins. Please do not place heavy items or household trash in these container. Household trash should be placed in your individual trash containers.

Did you know the exterior of the buildings belongs to the Association? That means homeowners are not permitted to attach items to the exterior walls. Should you wish to install an item, such as a decorations, lights, cameras, etc., you will be required to complete an architectural application to obtain approval from the Association first. The architectural application can be found online a resident.actionlife.com.
The association is returning to in person board meetings. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. The next meeting is on June 12th at the Downtown Community Center at 250 E. Center Street.
Household trash was recently found in the small trash containers in the common area. Please place all household trash in your personal trash containers. The trash containers in the common area are not large enough to accept household trash.

The association is meeting with vendors to develop a scope of work to request bids for a renovation project that will include roof repairs, stucco repairs, deck maintenance and repairs as well as painting the buildings. We hope this work will start in the summer months.
