The mandatory fire sprinkler inspections will take place on Monday September 26th and Tuesday, September 27th.
Please make every effort to be present to provide access to your unit for the inspections. This means you may need to work from home, take a day off, have a friend or family member at the home to provide access. Owners that do not provide access will be responsible for a reinspection fee.

Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your pet. The association provides doggie bags at both sides of the communities by the bulletin boards for your convenience. In addition, please ensure dogs are on a leash at all times when in the common area.
Thank you for doing your part in making Turnberry a pleasant place to live!
The ballots for the annual election were recently mailed to all homeowners. Please return the ballot even if you do not want to vote, you can mark the ballot as “For Quorum Only.” Returning your ballot helps us reach quorum and to finalize the election. If we do not reach quorum we must continue to hold meetings in an attempt to reach quorum, which drives up the costs to the association.
Be a good community memeber and return your ballot.

The City of Anaheim has construction underway for the widening of Lincoln Ave. This project’s goals are to make the area more attractive, safer for pedestrians and drivers alike, and to alleviate traffic congestion. They will be removing the center two-way lane, adding a lane to each side of Lincoln Ave, and will create a center median with landscaping and turn pockets. However, the portion of the street immediately outside of the Turnberry community will not begin construction until approximately 2023.
For more information you can contact the City of Anaheim’s planning and building division.

At the February 4th, 2021 meeting of the Board of Directors, the proposed parking procedures were adopted as presented after reviewing membership comments. You can request a copy of these parking procedures from our community care team or download them from your resident portal.
You may have noticed the delay in the tow of the abandoned vehicle in September. The reason for this was that the Board was evaluating the association’s parking policy, towing policy and available parking spaces. With that being said, at the October 8th meeting of the Board it was decided to propose changes to the parking policy of Turnberry.
While the Board was investigating with Management the parking space reassignment that resulted in the increase of handicap parking spaces, it was discovered that this was not done in accordance with the community’s procedures or state law. Therefore, the Board of Directors has decided to revert back to the developer intended number of disabled parking spaces. In addition, the Board has decided to clarify the parking procedures to avoid confusion and ensure proper and equal parking enforcement. You will be receiving these proposed changes approximately four weeks prior to the December 3rd meeting for membership comment before adoption.
Please keep an eye out for these proposed changes in the mail.
