The Board of Directors has chosen RayCo Exteriors to complete the post defect litigation reconstruction project. The project will begin in March or April of 2024.

The Board of Directors will be interviewing construction companies for the reconstruction project which will make repairs to the stucco, doorjambs, roofs, balconies and will include painting of the buildings at the next Board meeting on October 24, 2023.
