Did you know the exterior of the buildings belongs to the Association? That means homeowners are not permitted to attach items to the exterior walls. Should you wish to install an item, such as a decorations, lights, cameras, etc., you will be required to complete an architectural application to obtain approval from the Association first. The association is returning to in person board meetings. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. The next meeting is on June 12th at the Downtown Community Center at 250 E. Center Street.

Household trash was recently found in the small trash containers in the common area. Please place all household trash in your personal trash containers. The trash containers in the common area are not large enough to accept household trash.
